Irina Gonikberg Dolinskiy is a
counsel in the New York office of Hughes Hubbard. Irinaโs practice focuses on
corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance
and corporate governance.
She represents clients in
variety of transactional matters, including public and private mergers,
acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, joint ventures, and other M&A
transactions.
Irina received her J.D., magna
cum laude, from New York Law School where she was Notes and Comments Editor of
the New York Law School Law Review, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from
University of Central Florida.
