Ismail Houidi is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s New York office in the Litigation department.
Ismail has experience in investment treaty arbitrations under the UNCITRAL rules. He has represented investors in arbitration proceedings. He also has experience drafting pleadings and motions in cases involving cross-border transactions.
He is also an active member of the firm’s pro bono practice.
While in law school, Ismail pursued a concentration in Business and Finance. He was an intern at SIFMA and a summer law clerk at Naciri & Associés Allen & Overy LLP.
Prior to law school, Ismail was a litigation paralegal at Hughes Hubbard & Reed in the Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations practice group.
